July 28, 1921

Dawn E. Rutter’s poems have appeared in 32 plus publications in the USA, Australia, England, Canada, and India. The poetry in her books “Kangaroo Pockets”, “Feathers on the Wind”, “Tears & Teacups”, “Echoes of Dawn” and “Pages of Life” have been published worldwide. She has mentored poetry groups in Dublin, California “Verse of the Valley” and in Western Australia “Wordflow Poetry”. Her poetry appears in both collections. She is well-represented in the annual publications of St. Stephen’s Creative Writing Group of Western Australia.

Dawn Rutter settled in Perth, Western Australia on 4 February 1987. She was the founder of Wordflow Poetry Group which met in her Perth Hills home each month.

She is one of the founding members of Cottage Connections, March 1981-current
